About the Owner - E.S. Brooks
Mr. Brooks has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Auburn University and Juris Doctor from the Birmingham School of Law. Everett Brooks has also held the following designations: CGA- Certified General Real Property Appraiser, CPM - Certified Property Manager, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and a GRI - Graduate of the Alabama REALTOR'S Institute
Since 1974, Mr. Brooks has conducted seminars on various real estate subjects including Property Management, Creative Financing, Commercial/Investment Real Estate, Residential Real Estate, Syndication, Taxation, Real Estate Financial Calculators, Real Estate Pre-license Courses, and Real Estate Appraisal Courses.
Mr. Brooks has served as President of the Huntsville Board of REALTORS, Regional Vice President of the Alabama Association of REALTORS, President of the Huntsville Multiple Listing Service, State President of the Residential Sales Council, and President of the Huntsville Women's Council of REALTORS. Additionally, he has twice served as Chairman of the Alabama Association of REALTORS' Legislative Committee, and has served as National Chairman of the Residential Sales Council's Annual Convention.
Mr. Brooks was honored as the 1981 REALTOR of the Year for Huntsville and for the Alabama Association of Realtors. In 1982, he was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS' Honor Society, Omega Tau Rho.
Mr. Brooks has been an instructor for the Graduate REALTOR'S Institute of Alabama, Virginia, and Arkansas, instructing in Investments, Condominiums, and Real Estate Taxation. He has been a National Instructor for the Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Association of REALTORS, instructing in "Managing Real Estate as an Investment." As a Senior National Instructor for the Residential Sales Council of the National Association of REALTORS, presenting courses on"Making Money Investing in Single Family Homes" and "Advanced Finance and Taxation".
Mr. Brooks is an approved Instructor for the Alabama Association of Real Estate Appraisers, the Alabama Real Estate Appraisers Board, the Alabama Real Estate Commission, and the Appraisal Foundation as a Nationally Approved Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Instructor.
